This manual is developed by VVOB Education Program Result 3 - Social Participation to help provide knowledge and skills for mobilizing social participation in education in general and in supporting Active teaching & learning in particular.
The manual also includes procedures for operation and management of behaviour change communication activities to promote family-school-community participation in education in alignment with "Building Child-friendly school" movement for the period 2008-2013 lauched by Vietnam Ministry of Education.
