On Jun 29- Jul 2, Social Participation component organized the next in-depth workshop on Facilitation skills for club activity for 27 participants representing the core group of Provincial and District Women's Unions of the beneficiary provinces.

This is the third workshop in the series "Facilitation skills for club activity" which focused on building capacity for provincial core groups on the 12 themes for monthly club events/activities as well as participatory methods and techniques. This workshop covered the rest 7 themes as the first workshop held in July 2010 had already introduced all the themes in general and the second in March 2011 instructed the first 5 themes.

The workshop was a success according to participants' expectation and facilitator's design with friendly and dynamic atmosphere.

5 provinces shared experience on the implementation of the 5 themes presented in Mar 2011 workshop, which showed their flexibility to adapt to the context of each locality.

Content wise, participants were trained thoroughly on 7 themes out of 12, including life skills for youth, career orientation and support to ATL. Method wise, participants were given more time to practice participatory methods and techniques comprehensively. Compared to last workshop, participants had significantly improved their facilitation skills and giving feedback skills. They are the key persons that have the capacity and practical experience to organize and facilitate multiplication training in the province.
