Are Vietnamese teacher educators ready to learn from each other? This paper tries to answer this important question. The research was done by a member of VVOB's research group and the coordinators of Teacher Training - ICT. The paper was presented during the UNESCO-APEID conference on 'ICT Transforming Education' in Hangzhou (China), November 2009.
