This book is developed by VVOB Vietnam in collaboration with Vietnam Women's Union to:
- Provide basic information on career guidance
- Improve parents' skills in career guidance for children
- Raise awareness and change attitude of parents toward career guidance.
The contents of the book will help parents to guide children, from grasping basic information about career guidance to helping children understand oneself, from researching a career to setting objectives and making career plan adaptable to each individual's personalities and context.
