To enhance the English proficiency and relevant soft skills for local staff, VVOB seeks to hire a service provider to deliver:
- Placement test for all local staff to identify their English levels
- Customised syllabus/plan proposal combining English and soft-skills training
- Blended learning course (Online self-learning combined with interaction with trainers via face to face workshop or via virtual tools)
- Frequent assessments
- Final report which analyses the progress of staff and recommendation for further improvement
