Objectives and scope of the consultancy
- The consultancy is expected to capture high quality footages in full HD and photos on project process. Interview footages are expected to have a clear sound quality without/ very limited background noise. Duty station for filming will be at cities and provinces mentioned in section 1.2, collaborating during documentary video production can be happened online.
- The consultancy will work closely with appointed staff of VVOB to discuss and agree on the shooting direction before going to filming locations and agree on scripts of each video before video production.
- VVOB will be responsible for translating the content of the subtitles and obtaining consent of people appearing in the videos, clips and pictures.

Interested applicants please send signed and stamped quotations in Vietnamese or English by e-mail to thanh.t@vvob.org and procurement.vn@vvob.org by 7th March 2023 and mention in object: ‘quotation ref VVOB_2022_010’.
Quotations submitted late (after this deadline) will be retained but will not be counted towards the award of the contract. In the case of submission of a BAFO (best and final offer), the same provisions apply. See below "Negotiations". The bidder may submit only one quotation for this contract. The estimated date for the awarding of the contract is mid March 2023.
