The project "Integrating Learning through Play into Primary Education" (iPLAY Vietnam) officially started in December 2019 with the cooperation of VVOB in Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). The project aims to improve the capacity to innovate teaching methods and assess students through the integration of Learning through Play (LtP) into the teaching and learning process, contributing to the effective implementation of the 2018 General Education Program (GEP) to achieve the goal of developing the quality and capacity of primary school students.

Book 1: A guide to Learning through Play at Primary education level

This guide presents an overview of Learning through Play and offers recommendations for methods and techniques for its implementation. Additionally, it features a selection of lesson plans that incorporate Learning Through Play, as well as a checklist for educational administrators and teachers to reference during the implementation process.

Book 2: A guide to professional development on Learning through Play

This guide provides an introduction to the principles and various forms of professional development for primary school teachers, specifically within the context of Learning through Play. The range of professional development opportunities includes focused training, professional activities, coaching, self-study, and participation in professional learning communities. The set of documents has been appraised and approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in 2021. We hope that they will contribute to improving the capacity of educational administrators and primary school teachers on Learning through Play, contributing to the organisation of "gentle - natural - effective, practical" teaching at the primary level, and successfully implementing the GEP 2018.
